- The Texas Administrative Code (TAC) is a compilation of all state agency rules in Texas.
- There are sixteen titles in the TAC. Each title represents a subject category and agencies are assigned to the appropriate title.
- The current and complete TAC is available on the Texas Secretary of State's website.
