[edit]While it is true that Section 6 of the statute limits the tax levy to seventy-five cents per year, we think it is clear that the omission of "on the one hundred dollar ($100) valuation of all taxable property within the district" occurred through oversight or clerical error. Sec. 9, Article 9 of the Constitution, under which Article 4494q-13 was enacted, authorizes an annual tax not to exceed seventy-five cents on the one hundred dollar valuation of all taxable property within the district.
